The rail industry’s most valuable asset is the personnel who deliver the key objectives of safety, reliability and efficiency. At MTR our goal is to assist our rail industry partners to achieve and sustain quality of performance through the development of competent and professional staff.
Our approach is to work to understand the needs of our customers in order to propose and deliver solutions which will add measurable value to their business. We are currently seeking opportunities to establish new partnerships with those organisations involved in the operation and movement of trains, such as:
• Freight and passenger train operating companies
• Infrastructure renewal and maintenance companies
• Operators of light rail and metro systems
• Operators of rolling stock depots and servicing facilities
• Operators of shunting facilities and independent infrastructure
